Why We Started The Firm
Before establishing the firm, Devin held business development positions within the manufacturing sector, working for a global provider of prototyping and low-volume production services, as well as in metal fabrication for an industrial robotics OEM.
Through these experiences, he developed a firsthand understanding of the complexities of technical sales, from communicating sophisticated manufacturing capabilities to building relationships with technically knowledgeable customers.
He also witnessed a recurring challenge in the recruitment industry.
Having experienced the recruitment process himself as a prospective candidate, Devin recognized that many traditional recruitment firms struggled to fully appreciate the unique demands of technical sales positions. Understanding a candidate's sales experience was one thing; understanding their technical aptitude, industry knowledge, and ability to navigate complex sales environments was another.
He saw an opportunity to bridge that gap.
